Of course I am devastated at the loss of my beautiful friend and sister in Christ. How we, I rejoice with her that she is now in the presence of the savior. I am positive that this little lady is the happiest person in heaven, dancing on the streets of gold looking into the eyes of her Jesus before she jumps into His comforting arms. She loved her Lord and would tell all just how amazing that Jesus is. She was a true prayer warrior and never missed an opportunity to pray for you or with you. My life has been enriched since knowing Dean Evans and her Family. I will cherish the last time that a group of “traveling ladies” were together. It was beyond special. And I thank you Dean for all the prayers and support that you have given me over the years. You will always remain in my heart….and until we meet again of the streets of gold. So long for now my sweet friend. I love you.
Had only met Dean when she came to Breckenridge. She was friends with a friend of mine. What a lovely companionate women and a pleasure to have known for the short time I did. May she dance with the angels.

I shall never forget Dean for her love to me. More than twenty five years ago, I sang for the Christian Womens Club and afterwards Dean ask me to stop by her dress shop that she owned at Tarrytown Mall. Little did I know that she wanted to pay me for singing with a beautiful outfit. It was never my intention to charge for using my gift from God to sing. Dean was a picture of Christ as she poured out her love for me. Needless to say I was overwhelmed by her giving spirit . May you rest in peace Dean. What a Special lady!

My deepest condolences to the Evans family on the loss of your dear loved one. Dean was always very kind to my Mom, Janet King, who was a resident for many years at Brekenridge. She frequently stopped in to smile and brighten her day. God bless your family in your time of grief.
