Barbara Ray Lewis Collier

Barbara Rae Lewis Collier, age 70, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Edgecombe County on February 25, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Thurman Gray Lewis and Nora Hathaway Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lee Collier. She leaves behind three daughters, Debra C. Radford and husband Tommy, Melissa C. Killebrew and husband Ray, and April J. Collier; grandchildren, William C. Radford, Amanda L. Radford, Lauren Killebrew, Aubrey Killebrew; grand-dog, Ozzie Killebrew; and great-grandchildren, Bridgett Gordon and Danny Gordon; She is also survived by two brothers, Thurman Lewis and Henry Lewis and two sisters, Pearl Joyner and Virginia Wood. A graveside service to remember Barbara will be held at 11:00am Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor Jack Stone officiating.
