  3. Watson was a fine, Southern gentleman. I never heard him say an unkind word to or about anyone. I treasure my memories of him. May God bless the family.

  4. Watson was one of the most dignified gentlemen I have ever known. He was an amicable caring person and always asked how you and your family were doing . He was a great neighbor and I will cherish the memories of watching him enjoying walking in the neighborhood and speaking to everyone he would encounter. We all travel through different phrases of life and I am so fortunate that Watson was a part of our family’s growing up era. Watching May and Watson’s children grow, Christmas parties, and all the special life events that evolved with special people like Watson. All of our family extend heart felt thoughts to the Sherrod family.

  5. Watson was one of the nicest men I ever met. For many years he helped us raise money for the Enfield Peanut Festival.–Bobby Davis Retired Enfield Town Administrator.
