Cassidy Logan Ferrell

Rocky Mount – Cassidy Logan Ferrell, age 25, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026.  Born in Wilson County, NC on December 28, 2000, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Wilbur “Glenn” Ferrell.

A beautiful and caring free spirit, Cassidy was a faithful member of Living Faith Fellowship Church.  Blessed with creativity, she enjoyed crafting, cooking, and listening to late 1960’s and 1970’s music.  Cassidy was easy going, yet strong-willed and determined, and had a deep belief in forgiveness which many would attest to being her biggest strength.  A devoted and loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and dear friend to many, Cassidy will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Cassidy is survived by her three young sons, Bentley, Oliver, and Colby; her father, Glenn Brooks Ferrell, Sr. (Sharon); her brother, Glenn Brooks Ferrell, Jr. (Vanessa); her grandmother, Yvonne Batchelor Lucas (Earlton); her half-brothers, Jaden and Seth; her nieces, Alexia, McKenna, Hinata Ferrell; her nephew, William Ferrell; and many extended family members and dearest friends.

A Celebration of Life Service to celebrate Cassidy’s life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Ave., Rocky Mount, NC 27804 with Pastor Ramon Mizell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cassidy’s memory to Living Faith Fellowship Church, 1090 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
