Marjorie Lee Haley Folsche

ROCKY MOUNT – Marjorie Lee Haley Folsche, age 86, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Born in Buncombe County, NC on August 28, 1938, she was the daughter of the late James Lee Haley and Sarah Lula McCarter Haley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Richard “Dick” Folsche; and her brother, Arthur Edwin “Eddie” Haley.

Marjorie is survived by her sons, Gary Glenn Espey, Jim Lee Espey (Debbie), and Royce Weldon Espey, Jr. (Terri); her stepdaughters, Laura Folsche Daggs and Rebecca Folsche Luttrell; her grandchildren, Haleigh Espey, James R. Espey, Rachel Harrell (Andy), Crystal Espey (Chris Sykes), Collin “CJ” Rhodes (Dani), Tabitha Luttrell, and Jacob Luttrell; her great-granddaughters, Sadie Grace and Kaleigh Elizabeth Harrell; her sister-in-law, Donna Haley; her nephew, Rev. Todd Haley (Rhonda); her nieces, Lisa Frenzel (Shawn) and Amanda Casamayor (Henry); her great-nieces and nephews, Anna Haley, Noah, Luke and Logan Frenzel, and Ian and Sophie Casamayor; and many extended family members and dearest friends.

A Celebration of Life Service to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be announced at a later date.
