ROCKY MOUNT – Toni Renee’ Young, age 64, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Born in Guilford County, NC on September 17, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Vernon Cumby and Joan Loretta Wooten Cumby.
Toni is survived by her husband of 30 years, David Robert Young; her sons, Evan Douglas Young and wife, Ashley, Brandon Michael Stinson and wife, Marley, and Phillip Robert Young and wife, Deanett; and her grandchildren, Aubree Young, Ethan Young, and Berrenger Young.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Toni’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
