RIP dear Richard you will be missed here on earth but surely welcomed in heaven with great rejoicing. Love you William & Barbara Pittman. Jeanette so glad your children are here with you.

  3. Dear Wade and Cathy,
I have very fond memories of your Father having lived just around the corner from you. He had a great sense of humor and such a calming demeanor about him. He will be terribly missed by your entire family and all the people’s lives he touched over the years. My sincere condolences are with you.

  4. A really great man and a dedicated Christian. I remember the many times we had breakfast at the Oakwood Cafe and the times we spent talking about the Bible. I was his pastor for several years and I enjoyed his fellowship. He was instrumental in helping our church when we brought a rodeo to Rocky Mount Fair Grounds. My love and prayers are with the children and their families.

  5. Began working in late ’60’s for Mr Allen at Allen’s Beauty Center and Style City Beauty Salons as a bookkeeper. Good memories of those days. Enjoyed looking at all the pictures of a life well lived. I am sure he will be missed greatly.
