Guestbook

  1. I remember Fannie so well while working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida in Jacksonville Florida 1961-1980. I loved working with Fannie. She was my go-to-person on complicated medical cases. Fannie’s educational background as a Registered Nurse (RN) enabled her to help me and so many others provide superior customer service to our valued customers. I am so saddened for Charlie and her family knowing that they are trying to live without her love and devotion. Fannie was an incredible person totally dedicated to Charlie and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. I am so saddened to learn of her passing.
