Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Una and family, Sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. She was a dear friend to us and my mom. May the Lord bless each of you in a special way. Joe and MaryAlice Trevathan Ezzell
May the family find comfort in knowing that your dear Estelle is now asleep, awaiting the call from Jesus Christ to come out. (John 528, 29; 1111, 43) I hope you will also take comfort in that you are invited by our loving Creator to throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 57)
Una, I certainly am sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. You, Mary and Kim are certainly in my prayers. God Bless you now and the days ahead. Evelyn Joyner
My sincere condolences to the Joyner family for your loss. I know Estelle will be missed! During this time of sorrow, mediating on Jehovah God promises found in his word the bible, about the end of death, and the hope for our dead loved ones, can truly be a source of comfort for us-2 Cor. 13, 4! Death can be compared to a vicious enemy, that attacks us and the ones we love. The enemy death won’t continue to attack, because the scripture at 1 Cor. 1526 helps us to appreciate that the enemy death, will be brought to nothing. How wonderful it will be not to hear about anyone dying! Jehovah is going to reverse the cycle of life right now growing old, getting sick, and dying and cause things to go back to his purpose for man to live forever-Gen. 128. Regarding the hope for our dead loved ones, Jesus demonstrated it with his close friend Lazurus, who had been dead for four days. After Jesus expressed his grief and sorrow, he prayed to his father Jehovah. Through the power given him by his father Jehovah, Jesus called out to Lazarus, and he came out of the cave! We can just imagine the joy his family and friends had when they saw him!(John 1111-45). Jesus had confidence that the resurrection was a certainty and so should we-John 528, 29! Please feel free to check out our websitewww.jw.org. Upon accessing the website, go to publications, and then go to the booksbrochures tab and search for the book What does the Bible Really Teach, and please read Chapter 7 Real Hope For Your Loved Ones Who Have Died. I’m sure this will prove to be comforting! If you have any questions please email me at[emailprotected] May the family be comforted!
God grant you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead & the loving memories of your loved one, to forever hold in your heart. The Bible gives us many verses that will help in our time of grief.
