Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
He was always such a sweet soul! He had a true desire to teach and the profound ability to teach math in a way that anyone could understand it. Hands down he was the best math teacher in the world and the kindest person ever!!
My prayers for you in the time of your lost. I was a math student of Mr. Eric and he was a great teacher. He taught me a lot and everyone loved him. He will be missed.
I’ve only known Fred for the past six years, but he was one of my favorite people. Even though I was a transplanted Yankee, he welcomed me and we has several great discussions. He will be missed! Fred, you will be in our prayers.
I offer my condolences to the family for your loss. Please take comfort in the promise found at John 528,29 of the time when we can be reunited with our dear loved ones again. May your reflection on this hope and the fond memories you have bring you comfort and strength to endure this difficult time.
My teaching career was enhanced by knowing Mr. Erich.
Mr. Erich will be missed truly, he was the sweetest teacher that ever graced ECC halls. I enjoyed talking football with him, he loved his Steelers. RIP
I always enjoyed working with Fred at MBM and enjoyed catching up with him when we’d run into each other at Harris Teeter. So sorry for your loss.
I worked with Fred for 26 years. A dedicated teacher who always put his students first. When I retired in 2008, he was the only instructor who kept me from being the oldest instructor on campus. He out lasted me by several years. Totally devoted!!!
I have truly enjoyed knowing Mr. Erich in my family of patients . He has been a real joy and a great encourager. I pray for God’s peace, joy and His favor in your lives as He has gone home with our Almighty Father! Stay strong in the Lord. Sincerely, Dr. Doris K. Thorne and staff

Michelle, Laura, Alex and Danny, Your dad (grandpa) will be missed so much. Thankfully we were able to see him last June for his B52 ride. It was a wonderful day!! We spent many hours talking about everything. Fred really liked to visit and he had a wonderful spirit. He always made me laugh! He will be forever in our hearts, just as Norma and Jason are.

Mr. Erich was a neighbor and greetedwelcomed my parents into the neighborhood back in 1991. I was very touched by his kindness. I got to know Mr. Erich and kept him in my card ministry’ which I do for a lot of folks. I will miss having him up the street but know he is now free of pain and in a much better place. YOU rest now Mr. Erich, your work is done. Linda & Sherwood Lucas
