Mary Alice Daughtridge Odom

NASHVILLE - Mary Alice Daughtridge Odom, age 91, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Born in Nash County, NC on October 30, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Lester Daughtridge and Mary Talbott Daughtridge. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clarence Odom; her sister, Nona Daughtridge Anderson; and her brothers, Joseph Franklin Daughtridge, William Green Daughtridge, Lester "Teenie" Daughtridge, and David Thomas "Tom" Daughtridge. Mary is survived by her sons, Mark Stephen Odom and wife Leigh, Michael Clarence Odom and wife Eve, Charles Andrew "Andy" Odom, and Robert Shawn Odom; her daughter, Mary Jo Williamson and husband Edwin; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Heimbach, Barrett Williamson, Stephen Scott Odom, Ashleigh Nicole Carlisle, and Sarah Jo Odom; her great-grandchild, Kurt Jaeger Heimbach; and many nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Pineview Cemetery. A visitation with the family will follow the service at the graveside. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is requesting the need for social distancing and wearing of masks due to health concerns faced around our nation at this time.   1. I am so sorry to find this out too late. Have not seen her since her husband passed away but would loved to have visited her. I am sorry for your loss. She was very special to me when we were real young.
