Lois Doreen Foster

TARBORO - Lois Doreen Foster, age 96, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at The Fountains at the Albemarle in Tarboro. Born in Steuben County, NY on February 12, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Durward Foster and Frances Walker Foster. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jane Ann Foster Randall. Lois originally was from Rochester, NY and retired from Lawyers Publishing Company after 50 years of dedicated service. She moved to The Fountains at the Albemarle in Tarboro in September 2005. Lois served in several positions for the resident council. Lois is survived by her brother-in-law, Carlton "Carl" Randall of Rocky Mount; her niece, Laurel Parker (Wilford) of NM; nephews, Charles Cummings (Marilyn) of GA, Andrew Byers of NE; and several grand-nieces and nephews.
