Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. She was a beautiful lady and it was always a delight to be around her! She dearly loved her family.

  2. Catherine and Emily, I think y’all were the first folks we met when we moved to town and it was love at first sight! From Barbara’s fried chicken to Bernards home grown tomatoes and sweet potato pies, y’all welcomed us and loved us and I will treasure those memories forever. Each of you holds a special place in my heart. While I am sad at the loss of Barbara, I rejoice to know she is in her true home and seeing Jesus face to face! I’m lifting each of you up in prayer as you deal with the inevitable hardships that always accompany the passing of a beloved. Please know that I love you and am so grateful for the privilege of sharing life and such fond memories with you. Bless you. Jean Coleman

  3. Emily, you Catherine and the family are in our prayers during this difficult time. I know that your parents gave you the gift of faith which will see you through this. Matt told me he was honored to be with you as Last Rites were administered, he found your faith to be so strong at such a difficult time. We are here for you if there is anything we can do, please take care of each other as I know your loving family will do. Mary & Sherry

  4. Catherine and Emily, I am sorry for your loss. Your mom certainly was a special lady. I know she will be missed. Seems like yesterday she was cheering us on for Stunt Night and various Chorus engagements. She was always supportive and such a refined lady. Very fond memories of both she and your dear father, West Main Street simply is not the same. My sincere condolences, Rob Southern

  5. Dear Emily and Catherine, I have so many wonderful memories of your mother from my 20 years at Saint Peter’s, but today I think of this one which reveals her straightforward and deep faith some time after dealing with cancer she told me she had found another tumor and her first reaction was to thank God for showing it to her so she could deal with it, which she did. She was also generous, caring, and funny a great lady, and a very bright light! Blessings in Christ, Bill

  6. Catherine & Emily – I just learned of your mom’s passing and wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. It’s a tough journey to begin the walk through life without your mother. Talking about her and keeping her memory alive will serve you well in the days that follow the grief. Thinking of you.
