  3. We were very sorry to hear of Linda’s passing. I have many fond memories of Sunday afternoon family gatherings in Greenville or Rocky Mt. Our thoughts go out to Angela and to Butch and their families. Larry Boyette and Judy DeGroat

  4. Remembering Linda with love today. She was one of my closest childhood companions. I will always deeply treasure the innocent and happy times she and I spent together in Rocky Mount with Gran’Ruby and our wonderful parents, siblings, and many cousins. The Linda I knew then was dear and smart and full of energy and fun. I think those aspects remained at her core, even though she faced terrible health challenges that didn’t always allow her to express them. I’m glad she is released from suffering. Thinking of all those who loved her and sending my sincere sympathy for your loss. I’m with you today in spirit – and very sorry not to be able to be with you in person. I’ll be holding you in my heart. Love, Sally
