Bobby Clifton Farmer, age 74. Passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Bobby was born in Durham, NC on March 1, 1940. He was the son on the late Clifton Curtis Jones and Ethel Mae Thomas.
Bobby was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. After retirement from the Navy he was a mold technician for a plastic company.
He leaves behind two children, son, Michael Farmer and wife Lara and Curtis Farmer; Grandchildren, Michael Farmer, II, Carolyn Croch, James Anderson, and Haley Farmer, and sister Evelyn Hortense Gupton.
Visitation for Bobby will be Wednesday, April 30, 2014, from 6:00 until 8:00PM, at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on Thursday May 1, 2014, at 11:00am at the chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
