Judith May McLoughlin Banks

WHITAKERS - Judith May McLoughlin Banks, age 78, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017. Born in Hartford County, CT on April 3, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Winslow McLoughlin and May Griswold McLoughlin. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Paul McLoughlin and David McLoughlin; and sister, Marilyn DeLuco. Judy leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband of 53 years, Cyril George Banks; daughters, Lisa Girard and Dawn Banks, both of Whitakers. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jessie Girard, Arron Girard, Randie Girard, and Ian McLoughlin; and sister, Wendy Skeen. A Celebration of Judy's Life will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 301 S. Circle Drive, Rocky Mount with the Father George Greer officiating.
