ROCKY MOUNT - William Thomas "Biscoe" Inscoe, Jr., age 66, passed away on June, June 12, 2021. 1. To the Inscoes, I’m very sorry to hear the news about Billy. We Byrd boys have many fond memories growing up with Billy in the Rocky Mount days. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Jim Byrd

  2. To Tonya, Frank and Freda, we’re sorry for your loss. Billy was a veteran of saltwater, head high or larger waves, warm sand and one of his favorite boards, at least that’s the stories told and legend of Bisco. His old true friends he held value. The new friends were someone to share his surfing stories with. To us he had an old saltwater soul and was our great friend. He will be missed.

  3. This is a Sad day. I hear words that hurt. In the grocery store Lucy tells me the news of Billybuds passing. A true and trusted FRIEND! He will be forever in my most fondest memories. When his house burned, I helped him fix it. When his truck broke down,,I helped him get it home. He came out and helped me as much. GREAT GUY!!! AMEN!
