Timothy “Dylan” Medley

NASHVILLE - Timothy "Dylan" Medley, age 28, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Dylan was born in Edgecombe County, NC on June 19, 1992. He was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Susan Medley; great-grandparents, Billy and Jackie Medley; great-granddaddy, Robert Tisdale; and uncle, Landis Stewart. Dylan is survived by his mother, Brandi Medley of Dudley; grandfather, Joseph "Tony" Medley and wife, Dona, of Nashville; grandmother, Joan Woodruff of Rocky Mount; great-grandmother, Gladys Lucas; aunt, Niki Woodruff of Pinetops; cousins, Katlyn, Brianna, Page, Holly, Shane, Natalie Stewart of Pinetops; and several more cousins; great-uncles, Bryan Medley and wife, Sandra, of Blowing Rock and Britt Medley and wife, Paula, of Blowing Rock. Dylan was a free spirit that did things his way. Dylan was an avid Duke Basketball fan and also enjoyed following the Pittsburg Steelers Football Team. He was a loving son, grandson, cousin, and friend and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. A Special Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Flowers are welcome.
