Thelma “Christine” Quinn Barnes

ROCKY MOUNT - Thelma "Christine" Quinn Barnes, age 93, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Born in Wayne County, NC on August 19, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe Quinn and Pauline Bryan Quinn. She was also preceded in death by her husband, L. Glenn Barnes; brothers, William "Bill" Quinn, Gradon Quinn, RJ Quinn; and sister, Grace Quinn Pond. Christine leaves behind to cherish her memory, nieces and nephews, Judy Howell, William "Bill Joe" Quinn and wife, Charlotte, Susan Corbett, Roscoe Quinn, Dee Colbert; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Associate Pastor, Matt Seaton officiating. A visitation with the family will follow the service.
