ROCKY MOUNT – Sen Thi Schladweiler, age 76, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025.  Born in Hanoi, Vietnam on March 26, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Vinh Van Mai and Viet Thi Dham.

Sen is survived by her sons, Linh Schladweiler (Mette) of Apex and Jefferey Schladweiler (Kristen) of Pittsboro; her daughter, Mandy Schladweiler Reilly (Shawn) of Holly Springs; her grandchildren, Jackson Schladweiler, Avery Reilly, and Maxx Schladweiler; her children’s father, Robert Schladweiler; her brothers, Mai Van Ba (Le Thi Nghia), Mai Van Quynh (Nguyen Thi Loan), and Wai Hoa (Do Huong); her sister-in-law, Lein Hoa; niece, Lan Mai (Binh Phan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Duong Phan, Linh Phan (Thanh Pham), Claudia Phan, and John Phan; and her five grand-dogs.

A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sen’s memory to American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA  22312 or Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, 1924 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604.
