Bennett had a rewarding career of 42 years with the Atlantic Coast Line (ACL) Railroad, now CSX, in the mechanical department. Bennett was a hardworking man that took pride in everything he did, there was nothing he could not fix. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially working in his yard. His passion was sports, including NASCAR activities.
Bennett always said his greatest accomplishment in life was being a Dad to his twin sons, Steve and Phil. He served as a wonderful role model for them throughout his life. TO KNOW BENNETT WAS TO LOVE HIM.
