Lillian Robinson Boney

Lillian Robinson Boney, 91, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was born September 16, 1924 in Rocky Mount, NC. She graduated from Rocky Mount High School in 1942, attended Peace College and graduated from WC UNC/UNCG in 1946. Lillian was employed by NACR/NASA from 1946 to 1980 at Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. After retirement she lived in Rocky Mount. Lillian was a member of Rocky Mount First United Methodist Church and Methodist Women of Saint Paul United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the NARFE Retirement Club. Lillian is survived by several cousins, friends and neighbors. Lillian had a wonderful smile and exuded a positive, optimistic outlook on life. Lillians quiet charm and wit will be forever remembered by those who knew and loved her. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the H. B.
