Jennie Lee Yount

God guided our mother, Jennie Lee Yount, age 84, home on Friday, July 3, 2015. Born on May 14, 1931 to Lizzie Setzer Yount and Olin Franklin Yount. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl Edward Rehm, and a grandson Larry "L.B." Basil Hathaway, Jr.
Jennie leaves behind a sister Sarah Yount Taylor and her husband, Mike of Rocky Mount. Her three children, sons Charles "Chuck" Rehm, and his wife, Marsha of Greenville, NC, Franklin Rehm, and his wife, Karen of Winterville, NC, and Barry Rehm, and his wife, Chris of Dortches, NC. Twin daughters Jane Marie Rehm of Rocky Mount, and Joan Rehm Hathaway, and her husband, Larry of Tarboro, NC. She has five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two step-granddaughters and five step-grandsons.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 10, 2015 at 2:00PM at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount NC 27804 with Pastor Tom Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Carolina Suicide Prevention in memory of her late grandson Larry "L.B." Basil Hathaway, Jr. at 1915 Mail Service, Raleigh, NC 27699.
