The Service of Thanks and Celebration of Hassell's Life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church of Rocky Mount, 153 N. Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 with Rev. Dr. Preston Smith and Rev. Matthew Baker officiating. After the service, family and friends will gather for a reception in the fellowship hall.

A true southern gentleman. Hassell Weeks touched many lives in and around Rocky Mount and each and everyone of those people will miss his kindness and love. Prayers for all of his family at a time when we can truly celebrate 94 amazing years of life.
I am so sorry to hear this. Such a nice man. I have a picture of him in my wedding album standing with my dad. Prayers for the family.
