Guestbook

  1. So sorry about Glenn passing away! I was hoping we could sit and laugh again together about old times. He played golf with my dad, Bill Brown, for years before Scotfield CC was built. They drove to Williamston, Ahoskie, and Tarboro a lot to play. I got to know Glenn much better as I got to my teenage years working with him at Fulflex in the coumpound room. Never a dull moment in there! Between Glenn and Hal Pilgreen we were in stitches most of the time. In addition to his golfing skills, Glenn was also a very good pool player. He inspired me, as a young player, with some magnificent shots that he could pull off from time to time. We never failed to laugh a lot whenever we were together! RIP my friend!

  2. Sarita and family: I am sorry to hear of Glenn’s passing.
May our Lord bless and comfort you all during this tragic time of loss. You have my sincere sympathy.

  3. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

  4. Sarita and family, I am heartbroken to hear of Glenn’s passing. I have come to love you both over the last 30 years. I have fond memories of the days we enjoyed Shagging and beach music. And more recently when you all came to dinner at the cafe. Glenn will be missed. He was always a friend and a gentleman. I pray for the peace and comfort during this time of loss that comes from the Lord.
    Love, Janie House

  6. To the family,
I am truly sorry to hear about Glen Wayne..He looks more like Unc Bunn than I’d ever thought he would. I hadn’t seen him in many years. I pray God will give you the peace you need during this time. Hold on to the memories and he’ll always be with you.
