Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Paul, Joe, Vicki and families, Evelyn was such a loving, thoughtful and caring Aunt. Her Christianity flowed over to all who knew her or came in contact with her. We are going to miss her so much. Love and prayers.

  2. Vicki and family, I am so sorry for your loss. What a legacy your mom left! She is in her eternal home now. God be with you all through this time. Luanne Langley Jones

  3. Joe and Vicki, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. I know she was one of the pillars of the Red Oak community and church. Even though a mother’s love is irreplaceable, you were blessed to have her love for many, many years. May those memories sustain you over the next weeks and months. You will certainly be in my thoughts and prayers.

  4. Sorry for the loss of your love one. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about her and bring her back again. John 528, 29 gives this assurance.

  5. Joe and Vicki – Your mother was such a blessing in my life and to all who knew her, and I am so very sorry for your loss. For as long as I can remember, she was always, without exception, so very kind and loving. When my husband was so critically ill in 2004, she sent cards all the time. Also, she never failed to mail us a Christmas card to our home in Raleigh. The last time I saw her was at Aileen Davis’s 90th birthday celebration, and she smiled and hugged me, just as she had been doing for years. Just want you to know how special and dear she was to me and how deeply sorry I am that I could not be there today.

  6. Evelyn was a very dear friend. I will miss her but know it won’t be long before we are all together again in heaven celebrating and praising Jesus forever. Our lives are lived in a dressing room preparing for the hereafter and boy could that lady dress. (Pun intended). Love all of you.
