So sorry from the Waters!!
Many great times were spent with Cindy during our evenings in the concession stands at NNHS, so much fun watching our kids grow up together! Prayers for her beautiful girls much love from the DePalma’s.
Cindy. Was my niece. My.mother was her grandmother. She would always try to embarress me by calling me Aunt Kathy. She was. 3 weeks older. She was more like a sister to me. A piece of my heart has left me. We were inseparable when we were little. Besides her beautiful, smart children , Ozzie was a Godsend to her. They were meant to be together! She was a Angel here on earth for a short while. Now she is back home in heaven. We will forever miss her sweet smile and calling everyone Sugar. I love you Cindy Lou.
Caroline-you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Phil & Deborah Wood
Cindy was truly one of God’s angels on earth. So many times she has dried my tears, made me laugh, and shared a kind word. She was one of those rare souls who treated others as she wanted to be treated. I will never forget her laugh, her smile, and the precious moments we shared. I know she knew how much I loved her, and I know how much she loved me. Her husband and her girls were her life. How blessed you all were to have her as a wife and mom. She was never shy about expressing her love and pride for her family. My boys were blessed to have known her love as well. So sorry she had to leave us so soon but can’t wait til the day we will see her beautiful face again.
Praying for the whole Wheeless family. Mrs. Cindy was the most beautiful soul and touched the lives of many. Love you all! Krissy and Shelton Franks

I am so sorry to hear about Cindy. Robert died in 2009. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear cousins, Cindy is loved by everybody. She made everyone feel special ~ because she is special. Remember, you are not saying good-bye to her – but, I’ll see you later…. and you will. She is still living – just not here with us – but with her Lord & Savior Jesus. I know you are heart broken, but be happy for her – she is happy, peaceful, and not in pain. I bet she is having a big meal and enjoying it with her Daddy, my Daddy, and others. ! Love you all! Cuz Crystal Vick Pierce
