NASHVILLE - Billy Ray McCullen, age 24, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020. Billy was born in Nash County, NC on April 25, 1996. He was preceded in death by his father, William Lee McCullen; his brother, William "Curtis" McCullen; and his aunt, JoAnn Farmer. Billy will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Billy is survived by his mother, Janet Cooke McCullen of Nashville; his brothers, Brian Lee McCullen of Nashville, and David Ryan McCullen of Nashville; his sister, Angela Renea McCullen of Orlando, FL; and his aunt, Carol Fenn of Pinetops.
