Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Ms. Melba was one of the sweetest women I have ever known. Her smile could light up a room, and no matter what was going on in her life, she always took the time to sit and talk with me. I am truly thankful and blessed to have had her in my life.

  2. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

  3. Q: How did you meet Melba?

A: I was dating Louis and he decided we would go to their home for me to meet his mom & sister. I will never forget how kind and loving both Mrs. Smith and Ellen were to me that day. You could see both his mom & sister loved him dearly and he was their sunshine. I also witnessed how much Louis loved his family. Mr. & Mrs. Smith raised two wonderful human beings. I wish the world had more Smith families in it. In the arms of Jesus Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

  4. Melba always had a smile for me. She was such a pretty lady. Although I hadn’t seen her in awhile I did get to talk to her by phone recently. Love, Sylvia Jenkins

  5. Such a sweet, sweet, lovely lady. Thankful for the blessing of working with her in the executive area at Planters Bank for 5 years. Praying for the family!
