Thinking and praying for the family during this time.
I want to send my deepest sympathy to the family of Anna Laura Smithson Kilgo. The bible tells us we can gain comfort from God, even during times of sorrow. We can pray to our heavenly father for help to cope with the sorrow felt from the death of a loved one. May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and gave everlasting comfort and good hope by means of undeserved kindness, comfort your hearts and make you firm.-2 Thess. 216, 17. The bible also promises that God will wipe out every tear from [our] eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Revelation 214) How comforting and reassuring that is! May you find comfort by relying on our heavenly father and learning more about the blessings of God’s kingdom. Local ministry volunteer

So sorry about the loss of your Mother. We were neighbors at one time, when in 1969 we moved to 640 Powell Drive when my Dad retired from the Navy. My younger brother Joe was likely closer in age to you girls, (we were all older than you girls) but I do remember all three of you and your parents, too. That was a very long time ago. Our parents have been gone quite a long time. With Sympathy, Kathy (Snipes), Debbie (Winstead) and Joe Batts
